Karen Dry is approachable, charming and extremely knowledgeable about insurance, education and retirement planning. She has spent the past 10 years as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual, a consistent industry leader which offers high quality insurance, investment and retirement services. She and her team's mission is to develop enduring relationships with clients by providing expert guidance for a lifetime of financial security.

Her clients are individuals, families, business owners, and retired executives. Karen's expertise is insurance, disability, and retirement planning for individuals, and she specializes in creating a complete, well thought-out financial plan.  Each client receives an individualized plan customized to his or her needs.  Whether a client is looking to focus on managing current financial success, or on protecting and preserving assets over the long-term, Karen can help you find a solution.

The Team
Karen has two individuals working for her and has created a fast-paced, friendly and hard working office environment.  Contagiously energetic, she and her team's financial philosophy is to take a holistic approach, working on insurance and investment needs, drawing down on retirement income, and/or “replacing” corporate paychecks.

Karen has been named a top representative for Northwestern Mutual 2011 and 2015. Initially starting her college experience in Electrical Engineering and Physics, Karen has continued on a path of owning mutliple businesses, as well as working and selling for varied companies over the past 25 years.

She has been in the top 50 nominated for "Executive of the Year" by the Los Angeles Business Journal every year since 2010.  Belonging to over 12 associations, including NAIFA, she is also a Million Dollar Roundtable qualifier (2011-2015).  Karen spends most of her free time traveling/vacationing, as well as enjoying family time with her three children, Rachel, Nicole and Glen.

Karen Dry has her Series 6, 63, CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter®), ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant®), CASL® (Chartered Advisor for Senior Living®) and CLTC (Certification for Long Term Care) designations. She is an active member of the following professional organizations:
